Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched slate roof. Brick end stack to
right. Stone coping to left. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range.
Ground floor has wood cased office front with C20 doors. First floor has two
renewed 3-light wood casements with wood lintels. Gabled roof dormer. Interior:
ground floor remodelled C20.
