House, now offices. Early C18, later remodelled. Rear range probably C17: former
houses and stabling, now offices. Ironstone ashlar. Steeply pitched stone slate
roof. Brick ridge and end stacks on rendered stone bases. 2 storeys plus attic.
4-window range. Entrance off-centre to left has a Gibbs surround, 4-panelled
door and overlight. 3 tripartite sashes to ground floor. First floor has 4
tripartite sashes with glazing bars. 4 attic dormers with raking roofs. 5
pilaster strips through both floors. Flat band. Moulded, dentilled stone eaves
cornice. Ironstone copings. Elevation to West Bar Street, former stable block:
regular coursed ironstone rubble, slate roof. 2 brick ridge stacks on stone
bases. 6-panelled door with 2 glazed panels to left. Fanlight. Oriel window
above. Ground floor has one, and first floor has 2 wood-mullioned and transomed
windows. Several blocked windows and door openings with original wooden lintels.
Interior: C18 fireplaces, panelling, and upper part of staircase. Cellar.
