House, now offices. Early C19. Stucco. Hipped slate roof. Brick stack. 3 storeys
plus attic; 3-window range. C20 rusticated ground floor. Central C20 porch is
flanked by sashes with glazing bars. First floor has 3 sashes with moulded stone
frames, 2 cornices on consoles and a triangular pediment on consoles. 3 similar
windows to second floor without consoles. All windows of 4-pane width. 4 fluted
columns of composite order through second and third floors. Moulded eaves
course. Interior remodelled C20.
