12/13 College Farmhouse
GV II
Small farmhouse. Late C17 with later alterations. Regular coursed ironstone
rubble. Steeply pitched thatched roof. Brick end stack on stone base. 2-unit
plan plus single storey extension with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 1-window
range. Entrance off-centre to left has plank door and moulded wood surround.
Hood. Entrance is flanked by a 2-light and 3-light wood casement windows with
wood lintels. Immediately to right of door is a small 2-light stone mullioned
window. First floor has a 3-light casement. Interior said to have original roof
and beams but not inspected.
