Epwell Grounds Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Late C18/early C19. Squared coursed ironstone and ashlar. Slate roof
with stone coped gables and moulded kneelers. Stone end stacks on chamfered
stone bases. Central staircase plan. 3 storeys. 3-window range. Gabled stone
porch. Panelled/glazed door. Entrance is flanked by tall, narrow sash windows
with glazing bars and keyblock stone heads. 3 similar windows to first and attic
floors. C19 range to rear has casement windows with arched stone heads and
sashes in wood frames. Interior not inspected.
