Farmhouse. Late C18 with later additions to rear and C20 alterations. Ironstone ashlar. Slate roof. End stacks with brick shafts and stone bases. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Two-unit plan plus rear outshot. Two storeys. Three-window range, Central entrance has C20 door with overlight. C20 porch. Entrance is flanked by C20 windows in the original openings with keyblock stone heads. First floor has two- and three-light casements with wood lintels. Cottage. Late C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. C20-tile roof. C20 porch, Entrance has plank door and wood lintel. Casements with wood lintels. Rectory Farmhouse is recorded in the Victoria Country History as Vicarage Farm. Interiors not inspected.
