Kinwell is wrongly marked on O.S. map as Kenhill Road. Longwalls is wrongly
marked on O.S. map as Longways.
2 houses now one dwelling. C17 burned 1721, rebuilt 1725. Regular coursed
ironstone rubble. Stone slate roof laid to diminishing courses. Ashlar stone
ridge stacks. 4-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 5-window range altogether. 2
entrances. Left part has panelled/glazed door with open pedimented doorcase.
Entrance is flanked by a tall 3-light wood mullioned and transomed window with
metal casement and wrought-iron casement fasteners and a metal casement. Stone
flat arches. First floor has two 3-light and a single-light casement with
similar details to ground floor windows. 2 hipped roof dormers with wood
casements. Right part. Entrance on left has a C20 porch and a plank door with
wood lintel. Two 2-light tall casements with wood lintels. First floor has two
3-light tall windows with small opening casement and stone flat arches.
