Kinwell is wrongly marked on O.S. map as Kenhill Road.
House. Late C17 with extensive C20 alterations. Squared, coursed ironstone
rubble. Artificial stone slate roof. Stone end stack. 2-unit plan extended by a
unit to form a 3-unit plan. 3 storeys. 3-window range. 2 levels. Three C20 doors
with stone flat arches. Renewed C20 windows throughout in original openings with
stone flat arches or wood lintels. Rear has a 2 storey staircase projection with
a sloping roof. Said to have 2 inglenooks, beams and the original wood
staircase. Interior not inspected.
