House. C17 with C18 and later alterations and additions. Coursed ironstone
rubble and squared coursed ironstone. Asbestos-tile roof. Renewed brick ridge
stacks. 2-unit plan extended to 3-unit. 2 storeys. 3-window range altogether.
Entrance to left has C20 door and hood. Renewed windows flank door. Wood lintel.
Wide C20 window to right. First floor has two 2-light windows with metal
casements with wrought-iron fasteners and a C20 window. Wood lintels. Fireplaque
above door. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
