(b) The Chapel is the parish church of St Peter-le-Bailey and used as the
chapel of St Peter's College. Gothic, 1874, by Basil Champneys. Built partly
of stone from the old church of St Peter which stood at the South- West corner
of New Inn Hall Street, and partly in Bath (Box Ground) stone. It contains
monuments and fittings of the previous church. (RCHM 37).
