Circa 1840. Villa. Stucco, with band at 1st floor level. 2 storeys, 2
windows, I:I, the right hand bay projects. Sash windows with glazing bars,
the right hand bay has tripartite sashes with pilastered surrounds and pediment
at eaves level. Doorway at side with pilastered surround and eaves pediment.
Bracketted eaves, hipped slate roof.
