SP 5106 SE 9/322 12.1.54.
House and shop. Late C18 4-storeyed stuccoed timber-framing with a moulded
and modillioned eaves cornice and parapet. Each floor has 2 sash windows
in moulded frames, those on the 1st floor having moulded architraves. The
upper floors converted to rooms of Brasenose College in 1929. Modern shopfront,
roof not visible.

All the list buildings on the North Side form a group.
