House. C18-19 4-storeyed stuccoed timber-framing with a moulded wood cornice
at the lst and 3rd floors below a parapet. The lst floor has 3 sash windows
in moulded wood frames with cornices. The other floors have 2 windows each,
the lst floor has an iron grille, the 2nd floor a central blocked window.
5 panel door with rectangular light over.
