House and modern shops. 1 building. Originally late C18, but has been modernised.
4-storeyed modern plastered timber-framed front with cellars, a modillioned
eaves cornice and brick stacks. There are 3-light Cl8 style sash windows
in pilastered wood frames and architraves and glazing bars.

All the listed buildings on the South Side form a group.
