House and shop. Late C18 4-storeyed stuccoed front with cellars. The shop
front has 4 modern Corinthian pilasters and a dentilled cornice with a shop
fascia board on the frieze. The 1st floor has an iron balcony and 2 semi-circular
arched window-frames with casements, recessed tympana and rectangular recessed
fanlights in moulded frames. The 2nd floor has 2 sash windows in moulded
frames and cills. There is a moulded cornice at the 3rd floor which has
2 sash windows in moulded frames. Glazing bars in all sash windows.

All the listed buildings on the South Side form a group.
