Houses and shops. RCHM 70. Entirely rebuilt 1932-34. 3-storeyed C20 classical.
6 windows, sashes with glazing bars; the 2nd and 5th windows are pedimented,
the 1st floor windows have moulded architraves. Cornice, parapet, slate
roof. Interior. RCHM page 165a. Includes two C17 fireplaces.

All the listed buildings on the South Side form a group.
