House and modern shop, with the entrance to the Chequers Inn yard on West.
Possibly a C18 core with an altered front of 4-storeyed stuccoed timber-framing
with a moulded cornice at the parapet level. The 1st and 2nd floors have
3-sided bays with sashes, pilasters and moulded cornices. In the 3rd floor
is one modern sash window.

All the listed bui1dings on the South Side form a group.
