House. A C19 refronting or rebuilding of what was probably a C17 house.
3-storeyed stuccoed brick with cellars, rusticated stone ground floor, a
band at the lst floor and a moulded eaves cornice. Behind the parapet are
visible 2 gabled attic dormers, 1 larger than the other. There are brick
stacks and 3 modern sash windows in plain stone reveals with stone cills.

All the listed buildings on the South Side form a group.
