RCHM 80. Part medieval. 2 storeys of rubble with a Welsh slate roof. The
ground floor, originally stables, has no windows on the South. The 1st floor
has 2 plain modern single-light stone-framed windows and 2 larger wood-framed
openings. Over the coachway on the East is a renewed or modern 2-light stone
mullioned window. Interior. The roof timbers appear to be late medieval
and have tie beams with curved braces. Converted to a "flat" in 1946. (For
drawing of exterior by J C Buckler in 1821, see Bodl MS Don A 3 1 53.

Beam Hall and Nos 3, 4A and 5 form a group with New Block, Corpus Christi
College and Oriel College.
