Previously shewn as No 1. Late C18 house. 2-storeyed ashlar with a moulded
stone band at the 1st floor and a Welsh slate roof and a central stone-based
moulded stack with a brick shaft. The gable end is in red brick and timber-framing.
In the 1st floor are 5 mullioned and transomed 2-light windows, the centre
one blocked. The ground floor windows have keystoned architraves. A plain
doorway has keystoned head. Leaded lattice windows. Two flat topped dormer
windows.
