Part of Regent's Park College. Probably late C18. 3-storeyed plastered
rubble front with band at the lst floor and a moulded parapet, above which
is a mansard Welsh slate roof in which are two attic windows with sashes.
In both floors are 5 sash windows in plain reveals with the centre ones blind.
The central doorway has two engaged columns with fluted caps and a plain
entablature. The back is stuccoed. For early history of the site see Oxford

Nos 31 to 46 (consec) and Nos 49 to 56 (consec) form a group.
