C16 or earlier. 1 bay and cross wing under gable end. Upper storey stucco
with timber framed gable and probably original barge boards. Tiled roof.
2 storeys, 2 windows, sliding casements. Small C19 shop front with cornice,
pilasters, end stops and moulded window frame. No glazing bars remain.
Side door.

Nos 45, 45A, and 47 and Nos 53 to 81 (odd) form a group with Nos 44 to
52 (even) and Nos 60 to 64 (even) opposite and with No 2 New Street.
