Early C19, now much restored. Red brick facade with wide bracketed wooden
eaves cornice and slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 windows, sashes with glazing
bars. Projecting modern square bay at north end. Centre door with reproduction
contemporary doorcase, Important focal position at the end of New Street.

Nos 45, 45A, and 47 and Nos 53 to 81 (odd) form a group with Nos 44 to
52 (even) and Nos 60 to 64 (even) opposite and with No 2 New Street.
