Early C19 facade. Stucco with wide eaves, broken to accommodate 2 dormers.
Tiled roof. 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows;- those of 1st floor with
sashes and margin lights. Ground floor has central, reproduction contemporary
doorway and flanking modern shop windows.

Nos 44 to 52 (even) and Nos 60 to 64 (even) form a group with Nos 45,
45A and 47 and Nos 53 to 81 (odd) opposite and with No 2 New Street.
