C18 facade. Plastered walls, colour washed, large rear chimney and old
tiled roof. Wide wooden eaves, 2 storeys, 1st floor has 2 sashes, each
of 3 lights, ground floor has central, 6 panelled door with reproduction,
curved moulded hood on brackets. Flanking C19 shop window and additional
Nos 70 to 102 (even) with the building at the rear of Nos 70 and 72 form
part of a group with Nos 93 and 95 opposite and with Nos 1 to 11 (odd)
and l5 to 25 (odd) Denmark House, Elm House, Ruperts Elm, Ruperts Guard,
White House, the Obelisk and No 30, Northfield End and with Tarry's Cottage,
Bell Cottage and the Flat, Rupert's Lane.
