Mid/late C19. Pair of cottages, red brick with grey headers. Flint and
brick side wall. Slate roof. 2 storeys, 1 window each, sashes with segmental
arches, No 17 with glazing bars.

Nos 9 to 27 (odd) form a group with Nos 8 and 10 opposite, and with the garden
wall of No 2, Grey's Hill.
