C18. Roughcast facade with parapet, roof not visible. 3 storeys, 2 windows,
sashes with glazing bars. 2 storeys, canted bay window at western end
6 fielded panelled door with hood on brackets.

The raised pavement and wall forms part of a group with Nos 5 to 19 (odd)
the South Oxfordshire Technical College Old School and Main Buildings,
Nos 43 to 49 (odd) and the wall and gate piers to former Paradise House.
Ancastle Cottage, Nos 2 to 36 (even) and the pavement surface in front
of Nos 2 to 36 (even) opposite. Ancastle Cottage also forms a group with
the entrance walls, piers and gates and the lower lodge of Friar Park.
