C18 with early C19 stucco facade. Hipped slate roof. 3 storeys but western
part (No 21) 2 storeys and 1 flat topped dormer. 2 windows, sashes with
architraves, those of 1st floor also have consoles on cornices and outer
pilasters. No 21 has 2 cased sashes. Ground floor has shop front common
to both Nos 19 and 21. Later C19. 5 bays with round arcaded treatment
and solid tympana. The bays filled with plate glass or doors. Flat canopy
overall, with ornamental iron cresting.

Nos 5 to 31 (odd) and the Town Hall, form part of a group associated with
No 10, Nos 20 to 36 (even) including the barn at the rear of Nos 32 to
34 (even) on the opposite side of the Market Place.
