C19 facade to timber framed building. Now forms corner building of new
road to car park. Stucco facade, slate roof, central chimney. 2 storeys,
2 windows, 1st floor eastern window with bracketed cornice and architrave.
Wide sill with window box guard. Western canted bay. Ground floor has
3 light shop window, door and eastern carriageway entrance under common
cornice. Windows with pilasters between. All sash windows late C19 glazing.
Timber framing visible in western side wall and timber framed rear wing
runs back from street.

Nos 35 to 63 (odd) (including the buildings at the rear of No 37) and
the Town Hall form a group with Nos 50 and 52 and Nos 62 to 66 (even).
