The Old House

Late C18. Grey blue brick with red brick dressings. Brick eaves cornice,
hipped old tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars.
Ground floor has bowed sash to each side of central door. Doorway has
architrave with frieze, cornice and pediment. Attractive setting by river
and weirs.

Kingfishers, Mulberry Cottage and the Old House form a group with Pool
