eaves soffit. Slate roof. 2 storeys 3 windows,centre recessed, 1st
floor sashes, ground floor 2 large French casements with mullion and transom.
Bracketed labels above Doric columned centre porch with steps up.

Kingfishers, Mulberry Cottage and the Old House form a group with Pool
House.
