C16 or early C17 timber framed cottages. Ground floor facade now underbuilt
with brick and flint, 1st floor timber framing with roughcast - all colourwashed.
Old tiled roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows, those of 1st floor, small 2 light
casements with iron frames, similar 3 light windows below. 2 doors (ledged).

No 2 also forms part of a group Nos 2 to 76 (even) and Nos 1 to 33 (odd)
and the walls associated with Nos 32 to 40 (even)
