Early C19. Stucco facade with angle pilasters the whole height and rusticated ground
floor with band above. Simple moulded cornice and parapet, roof not visible. 3 storeys,
3 windows, sashes with architraves to top 2 floors, all with glazing bars. Central
door with modified Doric pilasters and entablature with architrave, frieze and
cornice. Flat pediment.

No 2 also forms part of a group Nos 2 to 76 (even) and Nos 1 to 33 (odd)
and the walls associated with Nos 32 to 40 (even)

The descriptive notes should be amended to read

Early C19 street facade but rear drainpipe dated 1719 and interior features suggest
earlier core. Street facade, stucco with angle pilasters the whole height and
rusticated ground floor with band above. Simple moulded cornice and parapet, roof
not visible. 3 storeys, 3 windows, sashes with architraves to top 2 floors, all with
glazing bars. Central door with modified doric pilasters and entablature with
architrave, frieze and cornice. Flat pediment.
