C18 facade. Silver grey brick walls with red quoins and window surrounds,
moulded brick cornice, old tiled roof. 2 storeys. 6 windows (including
1 blank, 1st floor), all with gauged flat brick arches, broad flush frames
and glazing bars. Wood surround to door with broad fluted pilasters and
scroll brackets supporting moulded hood, 6 panelled doors. North side
has weatherboarded single 2 storey bay. Door with small flat hood and
small, 3 light, window above.

No 39 (Beulah Lodge) and Oxford Lodge form a group with the wall behind
Oxford Lodge and the buildings on The Hocket.
