Early C19. Red brick with wide bracketed eaves cornice and hipped slate
roof. 2 storeys and dormers, 3 windows with gauged flat arches, sashes
with late C19 glazing. Central porch with Tuscan columns. Steps to door
which has fanlight. Modern additions to side not listed.

No 46, Magnolia Cottage, Northlea and its former coach house, Easby House
and its former coach house, and Nos 70 to 84 (even) form a group with
No 45 and Meeting House Cottage, Nos 51 to 61 (odd) Portland Cottage and
its garden wall opposite.
