C19 facade to earlier building. Colour washed brick, old tiled roof.
2 storeys, 5 bays with an extra northern bay formerly containing carriageway
entrance (now bricked up). Windows, unbarred sashes with cambered head
linings, (one blank). Recessed doors. Dormer window and corbelled brick
eaves cornice to northern part of The Cottage. Southern side wall plastered.

Nos 25 to 29 (odd) form part of a group with No 88 New Street and the
surface of the courtyard behind No 88 and No 1 Wharf Lane.
