House. Late C17. Limestone rubble with timber lintels; C20) plain-tile roof
and rebuilt stacks. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys plus attics. 4-
window front: imported C17 oak-panelled door with C20 oak doorcase has two
3-light casements to right and a 2-light casement to left; casements
above. Some frames are C20. No front dormers. Multiple flue central stack
and a lateral stack to right. Interior: large open fireplaces and ovolo-
chamfered-beam; timber-framed partition and a cased winder-stair rising to the
second floor. Graffito discovered in 1937 on second-floor chimney breast.
