GV II

House. Early C18. Limestone rubble with timber lintels; concrete plain-tile
roof and brick gable-stacks. 3-unit central-staircase plan. 2 storeys.
3-window front with central plank door flanked by 3-light casements; 3
gables C20 half-dormers over. Eaves lower at rear. 2-bay rubble and weather-
boarded C18/19 shed to left with old plain tile roof. Interior: Winder stair
rises from cellar to loft; large blocked fireplace to right; chamfered and
stopped beams. Bedrooms incorporate timber-framing which may be earlier. Plank
doors with wooden latches on both floors.
