Cottage row, now house. Early C19. Limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; old
plain-tile roof with brick stacks. Single range of probably three 2-unit
cottages. 2 storeys. 6-window front has segmental-arched doorways, in centre and
to extreme left and right, plus 3 original and 2 inserted 2-light
stone-mullioned windows; 6 similar windows at first floor. All original windows
have old leaded lights. Shallow-pitched roof with stacks near left and right
ends. Interior: Sawn and bolted queen-post trusses. An early and convincing
reuse of a traditional style.
