Shown on O.S. map as Grove Farm.
Substantial house. Early C19. Limestone rubble with ashlar dressings;
Welsh-slate roof with rendered ridge stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys.
Symmetrical 3-window front has 6-panel door with rectangular overlight and
16-pane sashes, all with stone flat arches and projecting keyblocks.
Shallow-pitched double-span hipped roof has projecting boxed eaves with moulded
modillion brackets. 3-window garden front, to left, has further entrance below a
12-pane sash flanked by 16-pane sashes. Interior not inspected.
