5/67 Churchyard wall including
gateway and raised pavement to
S and E of Church of St.


Wall and raised pavement. C17/C18. Coursed squared limestone rubble. Wall to
east and south of churchyard, up to 3m. high, forms a retaining wall standing
above a raised pavement about 1m. high with a pitched stone surface terminating
in stone steps at the lower end. Gateway at upper end of wall (east) has C19
wrought-iron gate and overthrow.
