Small house. Early/mid C18, extended later. Limestone rubble with timber
lintels; old plain-tile roof with brick ridge stack, Single-unit plan extended
to 2. One storey plus attics. 2-window front has plank door, to extreme left,
with 2-light casements to both bays and an altered 2-light gabled dormer to left
of centre. Central stack is in line with straight joint in front. Right gable is
roughcast. Interior not inspected. Probably formed a service range to Battlemoor
(q.v.) adjoining to left.
