Garden pavilion. Early C18. Limestone ashlar and rubble. Square plan. Single
storey. Ashlar front, with 2 round-arched doorways, has a plinth plus plain
bands at springing line and immediately above the projecting keyblocks. The
plain parapet carries a central square pedestal with wrought-iron weathervane.
The doors have radiating fanlights and thick glazing bars above a fielded panel.
Left side has a blocked window with plain rectangular architrave; window with
similar architrave in rear wall. Interior: Contains a fireplace. One of a pair
of pavilions flanking the parterre at the rear of Woodperry House (q.v.).
