Pump house. C18. Limestone rubble with large squared quoins; old plain-tile
roof. Square plan. Single storey. Front has central segmental-arched doorway,
Further doorway in left wall with stone flat arch. Pyramid roof. Formerly pumped
water from the spring to the water tower in the north garden pavilion of
Woodperry House (q.v.). Included as a detached part of the Woodperry complex of
buildings.
