Farmhouse. Late C18/early C19. Partly-rendered limestone rubble and brick with
ashlar dressings; Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks, Double-depth plan. 2
storeys. 3-window front, with stone plinth, quoins and storey band, has glazed
door to left and a pair of French windows to right, with 12-pane sashes above.
Right end wall has similar windows. Render has been removed from ground floor;
unrendered brickwork at first floor on rear and left end wall. Hipped
double-span roof. Single-storey C20 brick range to left. Interior: Main rooms
have fine panelled shutters. Enlarged c.1820 for a member of the Henley family
of Waterperry House,
