6/214 Church of St. Leonard,
Ashhurst memorial against


Chest tomb. Late C18. Limestone. Rectangular chest, with moulded plinth and
cover, has corner balusters and panelled sides. Inscriptions on principal panels
are now illegible but the end panel contains an inscription commemorating an
Ashhurst who died in 1817. The Ashhursts lived at Waterstock House.
