House. Late C13/C14. Timber framing with plastered infill; thatched roof with
brick stacks. 3-bay hall house altered to 3-unit plan with gable outshuts. One
storey plus attics. Irregular 3-window front has entrance, in right bay, and
many windows including two old 2-light leaded casements with board shutters and
3 dormers with renewed casements. Roof, which has central ridge stack on a
rubble base, is hipped to left and is carried down over brick outshuts at both
ends. Interior: Cruck frames of original structure survive together with parts
of framework. First-floor joists at left end may be original,
