Small house. Probably early C18. Limestone rubble; thatched roof with buff brick
stacks. Probably 2-unit plan with gable outshut. One storey plus attics. Front
to Mill Lane has altered openings. Gable to Rectory Road (right) has 4
single-light casements (probably C19) with ashlar quoins and moulded stone
lintels. Dormers to rear. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
