Cottage row, now 2 houses. Early C18. Limestone rubble with timber lintels and
some brick dressings; thatched roof with brick and stone stacks. One storey plus
attics. Irregular front, lower on the left, has 3 plank doors, that to the right
combined with a 2-light casement under a brick segmental arch. 3 further
casements and 2 small dormers. Stone stack with brick shaft to left of centre;
stack to right gable is of old thin bricks. Generally unaltered appearance.
Interior of No.5 not inspected.
