Former bakery at The Old Bakery

Former cottage, now disused. C17 or early C18. Timber framing with plastered
infill and limestone rubble; plain tile roof. 2-unit gable-ended plan. One
storey plus attics. Timber-framed front unit has rendered gable wall with plank
door to right of centre and small-pane windows at ground and first floors.
Return wall to left has stable door with long casement beyond in the stone rear
section. Extended further to rear in C20 brickwork. Roof probably rebuit.
Formerly used as the village bakery. Included for group value.
